Delegation
Register to delegate in-person or virtually and speak to an item listed on an Agenda prior to the start of a meeting. Anyone wishing to appear before an Advisory Committee, Committee of the Whole or Council meeting may request to do so by notifying the Municipal Clerk's office by submitting the delegation form below.
Any written materials or comments submitted prior to the meeting will be published to the agenda forming part of the public record.
Delegation materials
Delegates are requested to provide an electronic copy of all presentation materials to the Municipal Clerk, by 9:30 a.m. on the Monday prior to the meeting for inclusion on the addendum agenda.
Once you r registration is complete and processed by the Municipal Clerk’s Office, you will be provided Zoom meeting de tails and a password to the meeting. Instructional resources will also be provided for those who may be new to using Zoom.
Please be advised that the Town of Caledon cannot accept materials on a USB drive. Any supplementary materials must be provided through either email or shared drive in advance of the meeting.
Watch the Meeting
Members of the public can attend in-person and sit in the galley to watch a meeting. Please note: Seating is limited and will be on first come basis.
In addition, members of the public can watch meetings through the live stream available on the Town's website.
Registration is not required for attending a meeting to watch or view the live stream.

- Etiquette
- Members of the public are permitted ten (10) minutes to provide their delegation and are required to maintain a mutual respect and decorum. Measures will be taken to limit any interference.
- When you are called upon to provide your delegation, you will be required to state your full name for the public record and it is recommended to address Council and Committee Members using their title followed by their surname, for example Mayor Groves.
- You are encouraged to submit any materials to be included with the agenda package. Please submit all materials either through the registration for or via e-mail to agenda@caledon.ca .
