Realty Services helps the Town with buying, selling and managing land and buildings. The team also provide advice and guidance to help make sure the Town gets the best use out of its properties. We work to:
- Buy, sell, rent and give permission to use Town land and buildings
- Work with builders, businesses and the community on shared projects
- Give real estate advice to other Town departments
- Follow the rules and laws for Town property
- Help plan land development and improvements around the Town

Applications for Non-listed Municipal Land
The Town also accepts applications to purchase any municipal lands for consideration, whether the lands are listed for sale or not. If there is a municipal property you are interested in, please feel free to apply at any time.
To apply to purchase non-listed Town-owned land, please fill out the Application to Purchase Town Land and follow the instructions.
Please note: The application is a request for the Town to consider the sale of the land. It does not guarantee a sale. As a landowner, the Town has complete authority to sell or retain its land.
