Site Plans
Site Plans are an essential component of the development review process. The intention is to complement the objectives of the Official Plan and the requirements of the Zoning By-law. The implementation of Site Plan Control enables the Town of Caledon to ensure that all new site specific development will be designed in accordance with the requirements of all provincial, regional and municipal authorities.

Plans of Subdivision
