- There is a memo on the matter proceeding to Council on April 25, 2023 . The purpose of the memo is to provide an update on the status of the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearing for the applications located at 0 and 18314 Hurontario Street, Caledon. The memo is for informational purposes and does not require a decision of Council. There will be an accompanying confidential report to Council at 3:00 p.m.
- Applicant has appealed all three applications as a decision on the applications had not been made within specified timelines in the Planning Act. For more information on the appeal, please visit the Ontario Land Tribunal's website.
